The following video and others are circulating the internet. Some have now been removed from metacafe, but the one below is still working, or it was when I placed it here. The video contains no blood or gore but is still disturbing none the less. The question that has to be asked now is who from MRT posted this video or started circulating it?

Some argue that the video above is a fake, however the video below seems to be unquestioned in its authenticity.

Oh God. The last one is not fake.

Suicide is not a new idea. These days human beings are so empowered they even have cameras in their pockets (mobile phones), and it is so easy to upload video onto the internet which can be viewed by millions in a very short time-frame. Security videos are easy to duplicate, then upload to sites like Metacafe or YouTube — all you need is a thumb-drive to copy the video file off the host computer. These days thumb-drives come in gigabyte sizes.

Nonetheless, these videos are horrific. What is so tragic is not the act of suicide itself, but what the person who decides to kill him or herself must be going through psychologically to be driven to harm themselves in the most terrible way.

I was just reading an article in the latest Newsweek on Men and Depression
http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=109&STORY=/www/story/02-18-2007/0004529862&EDATE=
and the statistics are alarming.

But there is hope. A lot of research has been done and social attitudes toward mental illness are changing — albeit slowly.

It's becoming a form of accepted social expression hereabouts, more so than hiphop65.

One-way ticket into Hell, yeah !!! Instant death, feel no pain.

Posted by: Devilman | 28/02/2007

Both videos are real. You can hear the background voices of SMRT staffs talking rubbish.

Special thanks to the "dark operatives".

There will be more brave Singaporeans coming out to reveal the state of citizens'extreme despair as the government push us.

'One-way ticket into Hell, yeah !!! Instant death, feel no pain.'

Sure got pain one. But, hell, you get to stop the MRT for half an hour or so. So please do so during peak-period. Max the once-off pleasure.

Yishun incident.mp4

both are under each of the corresponding video

In Singapore, there's little or no such thing as haunted place. The only hauntings are from the government which spin lies, blatant propaganda & tyranny.

Every day, at least 100 foreigners (low, middle & high strata) are being converted to Singaporean. Our original young Singaporeans suffer so much with unemployment.

"Foreign talent" talks are nonsense. It's all about dirty quick method to increase population.

I am not shocked by the suicides, but what socks me is the cowardice of the bystanders!

hell yea i can't agree more with you, Mettas Mother.
those bystanders especially the ones running away at lightning speed might never step into any mrt stations anymore. they'll be too traumatised.

i thought the police removed
it

Posted by: elk | 17/03/2007

I think the police—the hitmen and foot soldiers of The State—need to be removed from peaceful activities of We, The People—activities like blogging, peaceful protesting, seditious opinion publishing, and posting videos.
