While it is something for bloggers and netizens to poke fun at the escape which is seen as something serious by many other singaporean, it is shameful for the Singapore Democrats as a political party to take part in jeering the our home team. If the Singapore Democrats doesn't know what to do with their time, I suggest they organise charity drives to help the poor whose causes they claim to champion.
There are thousands of men and women who as part of their duty are looking for Selamat, many have families and burnt many weekends that they could have spent with their families to do this. Is the Singapore Democrats jeering them?
I've come to believe over time that the Singapore Democrats is an ineffective group of disgruntled people whose who make up for their lack of political acumen by simply being louder than others.
