as Aussie Pete will certify, I could be very humorous; is this video meant to be funny or serious?
at a guess, LTA might be upset, but I dont think the other cabinet ministers would mind this video very much, because
(a) it focuses on attention on a minor issue (whereas IBA report is a major issue)
(b) it demonstrates the difficulty of striking a hard political blow (compare with the SDP photo,

(c) it gives them a chance to talk about ARF reductions they provided to offset higher usage charges
