And Yet Another Drug Bust At Woodlands Checkpoint

Wow - if officers at Woodlands Checkpoint were operating on a 'bonus per bust' scheme, I reckon they'd be getting very rich lately!! We've seen cannabis hidden in pants, the 'consumption frog' contraband cigarettes saga, and now the latest in the border activities in Northern Singapore - Home Team agencies have seized a variety of several drugs with a street value of S$64,600.
The 'mixed bag' this time, consisted of 227.9 grammes of heroin, 1.3 grammes of 'Ice', 694 'Erimin-5' tablets and 50 'Ecstasy' tablets, along with digital scales, various drug paraphernalia, and even a stun gun.
All three people arrested in this bust were Malaysian - a 26-year-old man, a 29-year-old woman and her 24-year-old male accomplice.
